Lexi Williams
Co-Founder, Director of Operations
BA, CRP Candidate MemberLexi has been involved in the Real Estate Consulting industry across Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley since 2021. As the Co-Founder and Director of Operations at Clarity RS, she brings a wealth of expertise to her role. Her responsibilities encompass operations oversight and spearheading marketing initiatives. Lexi's strategic vision and organizational skills have significantly contributed to the firm's growth and success in a competitive market. She is also on the path to becoming a Certified Reserve Planner (CRP), actively completing courses to attain this designation with the Real Estate Institute of Canada (REIC).

Michael LaPorte
Co-Founder
P.App., AACI, CRP, PRA, RIMichael has been involved in Real Estate Consulting since 1989, specializing in residential strata development, construction, renovation, depreciation reports, and reserve fund studies across BC, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba. He is experienced in construction costing and valuation for strata developments and has served on strata councils and provincial and national boards for budgeting.
Michael prepares and reviews Depreciation Reports and Reserve Fund Studies using the REIC Functional Reserve Fund Format and adheres to APRA standards. His work spans prominent residential and mixed-use towers, low-rise strata developments, townhomes, and commercial/industrial projects in BC.
Michael also served as President of the Vancouver Chapter of the Real Estate Institute of Canada (REIC) from 2015-2016 and as REIC-BC President in 2022-2023.

Terry Dowle
Co-Founder
P.App., AACI, CRP, RITerry began volunteering with the AIC in 2001 and has been Chair of the AIC-BC Vancouver Chapter and is a Past President of AIC-BC. Currently he sits as an AIC National Board member. Terry is the President Elect, and will become the AIC President May 2025. He currently sits on a number of National committees and represents the AIC's 5,000+ members at various industry events. Terry has collaborated with UBC Sauder School of Business on Appraisal and Reserve Fund Education and has been a consultant for the BC Housing Policy Branch of the Ministry of Housing.
Terry has completed Depreciation Reports and Replacement Cost Appraisals for prominent residential and mixed-use towers, low-rise strata developments, townhomes, and commercial/industrial projects throughout BC.
